- Lake Placid 2 (2007) [Delores Bickerman]: Betty does not actually appear in this film, but is revealed to have disappeared between the two films. (It's implied that Betty was eaten by a crocodile.)
- Dog Gone Trouble (2021) [Mrs. Sarah Vanderwhoozie]: Dies of natural causes. (off-screen).
TV Deaths[]
- The Bold & The Beautiful: Episode #1.5698 (2009) [Ann Douglas]: Dies peacefully on a beach at Paradise Cove while suffering from pancreatic cancer
- That '90s Show: That '90s Pilot (2023) [Bea Sigurdson]: Dies presumably of natural causes at some point in the 15.5 year setting between the original series That '70s Show (where she last appeared in an episode that aired in 2003) and this one . Her death is briefly mentioned here and in another episode--both times by her daughter (Debra Jo Rupp). (This was made after Betty's real life passing about a year earlier).
