Ghost Town (2008) [WWII Nurse]: Dies (off-screen) under unspecified circumstances in the 1940s, she appears as a ghost outside the hospital when Ricky Gervais talks to her and realizes that he can see her.
The Grudge (2020) [Nina Spencer]: Stabbed to death with a kitchen knife by John Cho, who is possessed by the spirit of Tara Westwood. (The character is pregnant at the time.)
Coffee & Kareem (2020) [Detective Watts]: Repeatedly shot to death by Taraji P. Henson as Betty was about to shoot at Ed Helms.

Fringe: The Same Old Story (2008) [Loraine Daisy]: Dies in childbirth in the emergency room after she comes to full term pregnancy within hours of having sex with Derek Cecil. Her body is shown again afterwards when Joshua Jackson, John Noble, Lance Reddick and Anna Torv arrive at the hospital to investigate.
