- Queen Bee (1955) [Carol Lee Phillips]: Commits suicide by hanging herself in a barn after Joan Crawford hints to her that she had an affair with Betsy's fiance (John Ireland).
- Friday the 13th (1980) [Mrs. Pamela Voorhees]: Decapitated with a machete by Adrienne King in the woods, as Betsy chases Adrienne trying to kill her. Betsy`s severed head appears in the sequel (There`s really no need to count it again because she`s dead right from the start.)
TV Deaths
- Love, American Style: Love and the Ghost (1972) [Barbara Kreitman]: Appears as a ghost haunting William Windom to interfere with his relationship with Pat Delaney. (I don't know whether the circumstances of her death were revealed.) (Played for comic effect.)
