- I, Claudius (1976 miniseries) [Drusilla]: Stabbed to death off-screen by her brother, John Hurt, who insanely believes that they're both immortal; we only hear her scream from the other room. Beth was pregnant at the time of her death, consequently, her unborn child also died.
- Blake's 7: Mission to Destiny (1978) [Sara]: Killed in an explosion after she refuses to teleport off of a spaceship, not knowing it had been rigged with explosives. (I haven't seen this episode myself, but got the information from an episode guide's summary.)
