- Life (1999) [Jangle Leg]: Dies (off-screen) of lung cancer, When Bernie smoked a cigarette in Camp 8 at end of story.
- Bad Santa (2003) [Gin]: Electrocuted with jumper cables by Tony Cox, after Lauren Tom rams him with a car. (Note: As I recall, the original theatrical version cut away after Bernie was hit; the electrocution is present in the DVD version.)
