- Dr. Black, Mr. Hyde (1976) [Dr. Henry Pryde]: Falls off of a tower after being shot by police while in his monstrous form; he dies after changing back to normal.
- Street Knight (1993) (Raymond): Shot to death by Christopher Neame's thugs when Bernie is about to meet Jeff Speakman in an alley.

- The Martian Chronicles (1980) [Major Jeff Spender]: Shot (in self-defense) by Rock Hudson. However, it is implied that he may have actually been a Martian imitation at the time he was shot, and that the actual Bernie was killed off-screen by Martians.
- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Blaze of Glory (1997) [Cal Hudson]: Casey does not appear in this episode, but is mentioned by Kenneth Marshall to Avery Brooks as having been killed in a skirmish with the Cardassians.
