On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) [Shaun Campbell]: Killed (off-screen) by Telly Savalas' men, his body is later shown (hanging upside-down on his feet from a mountain) when Telly and his men show George Lazenby.
Gold (1974) [Dave Kowalski]: Dies when part of the mine collapses in on him, falling rocks over his head while Bernard was fighting with Simon Sabela.
Brass Target (1978) [Shelley]: Shot in the chest by Robert Vaughn, while sitting in an upstairs room. (note the plot hole error: John Cassavetes' character states he was shot in the head, while he was actually just shot in the chest).

The Avengers: The Cybernauts (1965) [Jephcott]: Found dead in his office, having been killed by one of the Cybernauts.
The Saint: The Death Game (1967) [Bill Bast]: Killed when an explosive charge in his telephone earphone goes off when he answers the phone (the explosion was triggered by a tuning fork struck on the other end of the line).
Doctor Who: The Deadly Assassin (1976) [Chancellor Goth]: Dies when Peter Pratt tries to overload the Matrix by sending a massive energy spike through his brain, destroying his regeneration cycle.
