The Edgar Wallace Mystery Theatre: Face Of A Stranger (1964) [Michael Forrest]: Shot with his own shotgun after fighting for it with Jeremy Kemp. (Thanks to Brian)

The Horror of Frankenstein (1970) [Professor Heiss]: Poisoned after Ralph Bates spikes Bernard’s wine; he dies (off-screen) in his sleep during the night.
Krull (Dragons of Krull; The Dungeons of Krull; Dungeons and Dragons) (1983) [Eirig]: Stabbed in the throat by one of the attacking Slayers.

Doctor Who: The Power of the Daleks (1966): [Bragen] Shot and killed by Richard Kane.
Doctor Who: Pyramids of Mars (1975): [Marcus Scarman] Killed by Gabriel Woolf's psychic powers after unwittingly breaking into his pyramid; he is later reanimated as Gabriel's minion. After destroying the last mechanism keeping him imprisoned under the pyramid, Gabriel releases his hold on Bernard - causing him to die again, this time disintegrating into ashes.
Emmerdale (Dec. 30, 1993) [Leonard Kempinski]: Killed in a car accident when a piece of wreckage from a plane crash strikes the car he’s driving with Frazer Hines and Sheila Mercer (both of whom survive the accident).
