24: Day 8: 4:00pm-5:00pm (2010) [Victor Aruz]: Dies after being severely wounded in a helicopter rocket explosion caused by Doug Hutchison, he dies while talking to Kiefer Sutherland.
Firefly: Our Mrs. Reynolds (2002) [Corbin]: He dies when Benito and Erik Passoja are thrown into space because Adam Baldwin repeatedly shoots a window of his ship, causing them to be sucked into the pressure.
Menendez: Blood Brothers (2017 TV Movie) [Jose Menendez]: Shot through an upper chest from a rifle by his son (Nico Tortorella). He appears as a spirit for the rest of the TV movie.
How to Get Away With Murder: The Day Before He Died (2018) [Todd Denver]: Dies in a car crash after his associate, Esai Morales, disables his brakes and has him crash into a lightpole. His body is then shown in the next episode, "Nobody Else is Dying".
Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan: Cargo (2019) [Senator Jimmy Moreno]: Having already been injured in a car bombing, Benito is shot through the neck with a sniper rifle by Tom Wlaschiha, causing him to collapse. Despite John Krasinski attempting to come to his aid, Benito tell him to stay back, before being shot twice more by Tom, killing him, while John looks on in horror.
Big Sky: A Good Boy (2022) [Dr. Cowley]: Neck snapped by Brian Geraghty.
9-1-1: In Sickness and In Health (2023) [Gabriel Reyes]: Shot to death.

Killer7 (2005) [Coyote Smith]: Shot to death by Greg Eagles during a shootout in an apartment building; he appears as a physical manifestation of Greg's multiple personalities throughout the game. He later "dies" again when a demonic creature detonates itself in front of him.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (2012) [Manuel Noriega]: Possibly dies of old age during the gap between 1989 and 2025. (Note: The real Manuel Noriega died in 2017.)
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (2013) [Scientist]: Cut in half with a sword by Quinton Flynn.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (Blade Wolf DLC) (2013) [Khamsin]: Destroyed when Michael Beattie cuts him down to pieces.
Battlefield Hardline (2015) [Julian Dawes]: Shot to death by Nicholas Gonzalez.
