- Tales from the Crypt: Doctor of Horror (1995) [Mr. Andrews]: Dies when Austin Pendleton attempts to surgically remove his soul (which moves on to the afterlife before Austin can get it), after Hank Azaria first knocks him unconscious. His body (just his feet) is later seen when Hank and Travis Tritt drop it into a well.
