- The End of Evangelion (1997; anime) [Kensuke Aida]: Killed (off-screen) during the Third Impact. (For the PCB Productions version of Kensuke's death, see Kurt Stoll) (Note: He voiced the character in 2019 while the film was released in 1997).

- Bleach: The Hardest Body!? Cut Down Nnoitra! (2011; anime) [Szayelaporro Granz]: Stabbed through the heart by Mayuri (Terrence Stone) after being injected with a drug that slowed down his perception of time.
- Bleach: Kira, The Battle Within Despair (2011; anime) [Abirama Redder]: Decapitated by Izuru (Grant George) after being defeated in battle by him.
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Brothers (2012; animated) [Morley]: Strangled to death by Clancy Brown, with his corpse being thrown into a fire immediately afterwards.
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Crystal Crisis (2014; animated) [Governor Torul Blom]: Impaled by one of General Grievous's (Matthew Wood)Lightsabers for his failure after Anakin (Matt Lanter) and Obi-Wan (James Arnold Taylor) escaped.
- One Punch Man: The Strongest Man (2016; anime) [Super Custom YO649Z Mk. II]: Killed in a single punch by Max Mittelman. Note: This was an English dub of a scene in which Hiroki Gotô played Super Custom YO649Z Mk. II.
- One Punch Man: The Lone Cyborg (2016; anime) [Ground Dragon]: Killed off-screen by Max Mittelman. Note: This was an English dub of a scene in which Shin'ya Hamazoe played Ground Dragon.
- Fate/Apocrypha: The Holy Man Returns Triumphant (2017; anime) [Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia]: Drained of his blood by Lancer of Black (Ray Chase), causing their consciousnesses and spirits to merge; he is then destroyed when Lancer is impaled with holy blades and immolated by Shirou (Max Mittelman).
- Demon Slayer: Trainer Sakonji Urokodaki (2019; anime) [Temple Demon]: After being decapitated by Nezuko (Abby Trott), his headless body dies after falling down a cliff while fighting with Tanjiro (Zach Aguilar), while his still living head is immolated after being exposed to sunlight.
- Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny: Survivors and Sacrifices (2021; anime) [Auel Neider]: Killed instantly when Shinn (Aaron Phillips) throws the Blast Impulse Gundam's beam javelin directly at the Abyss Gundam's cockpit. His corpse was last seen in the cockpit being submerged before the Abyss Gundam exploded.
- He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: The Battle of Avion (2022; animated) [Skeletor]: Destroyed after his scepter got damaged. His spirit resided in Krass (Judy Alice Lee) afterwards.
- Star Wars: The Bad Batch: Point Of No Return (2024; animated) [AZI-3/Imperial Pilot]: The Imperial Pilot is shot to death by CX-2 (Dee Bradley Baker) after being unable to shake off Hunter (also Baker); AZI survives the episode.
