Leprechaun Back 2 tha Hood (2003) [Officer Thompson]: Flashlight shoved in gut by Warwick Davis.

Star Trek Into Darkness (2013) [Starfleet Admiral]: Is one of many officers stunned by Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Benedict Cumberbatch's phasers when they burst into Peter Weller's command bridge on the U.S.S. Vengeance spaceship. They are later killed in either the bomb-planted explosion set by Karl Urban or killed in the ensuing spaceship crash when Benedict Cumberbatch starts landing the ship into the Starfleet city.

Gungrave: Daughter (2004; anime) [Bear Walken]: Shot with the Anti-Superior bullets, then, after apologizing to Brandon Heat/Grave (Kirk Thornton) and reminiscing about his daughter Sherry (Dorothy Elias-Fahn), gets shot in the head by a reluctant Grave.

Wolf's Rain: Pieces of a Shooting Star (2004; anime) [Walrus]: Bitten in the eye by Toboe (Mona Marshall) then crashes into some icicles in a vain attempt to shake him off. Upon surfacing, he tells Kiba (Johnny Yong Bosch), Tsume (Crispin Freeman), Hige (Joshua Seth) and Toboe that he is not a victim, but the one who will save them just before he expires. His remains were soon eaten by the wolves.
Bleach: Zaraki Division's Secret Story! The Lucky Men (2009; anime) [Edrad Liones]: Dies after having a chunk of his torso destroyed by Ikkaku (Vic Mignogna) in their clash.
Re:Zero: The End of the Beginning and the Beginning of the End (2018; anime) [Old Man Rom]: (1) Killed (off-screen) by Elsa (Cristina Vee), with his body being found by Subaru (Sean Chiplock); (2) Stabbed in the throat with a broken bottle by Elsa after having his arm cut off by her; both of these deaths are reversed when Subaru's Return by Death power activates and reverses the day.

Quest For Glory V: Dragon Fire (1998) (as Bo Billingsley) [Rakeesh sah Tarna / Shakra sah Tarna]: Playing two roles. Rakeesh is wounded by a poisoned dagger thrown by Steve Bulen while shielding the player character. He can die if the player doesn't immediately administer an antidote.
