- The Edgar Wallace Mystery Theatre: Playback (1962) [Dave Hollis]: Last seen in the criminal court as sentence of death by hanging is passed on him. The credits roll to an exterior shot of a prison and the sound of the bell signifying an execution is taking place. (Thanks to Brian)
- Inspector Clouseau (1968) [Addison Steele]: Possibly drowns along with Clive Francis, Michael Ripper, John Bindon and the rest of the gang when the ship sinks.

- Hamlet (1961; mini-series) [Hamlet]: Slashed with a poison-coated sword by David Sumner. (I haven't seen this, But we all know the play...)
