The Secret Agent Club (1996) [Vincent Scarletti]: Accidentally shot repeatedly in the torso when a series of shots from the laser ricochets back onto him during a struggle with Matthew McCurley and the other kids as Richard Moll looks on in shock.
Slay Belles (2018) [Santa]: Decapitated with an axe by Kristina Klebe.

The Hitchhiker: Ghostwriter (1986) [Tony Lynch]: Poisoned when he drinks wine that Willem Dafoe had spiked; he dies while M. Emmet Walsh arrives to arrest him.
Challenger (1990 TV) [Comm. Francis R. (Dick) Scobee]: Killed (off-screen) in the explosion of Space Shuttle Challenger; the film ends with the shuttle taking off, followed by a symbolic scene of the seven crew members and passengers reciting a poem used to eulogize them.
