Another World (March 31, 1988: Episode 6033) [Dawn Rollo]: Although she did not appear, she died of AIDS from a blood transfusion from her mother. She last appeared on-screen in Episode 6022 which aired on March 16, 1988.
The Outer Limits: Something About Harry (2000) [Nancy Hollinger]: Dissolved with a ray-gun by Shaun Johnston, before she can kill Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
5ive Days to Midnight (2004; TV mini-series) [Mandy Murphy]: Killed (off-screen) in a car accident; her body is shown afterwards lying on a stretcher outside the hospital when Timothy Hutton uncovers her face. (Timothy had previously seen a news report from the future indicating that a tree would fall on her house; he succeeded in saving her life from that, but she later died in a separate accident despite his efforts to change the future.)
Painkiller Jane: Something Nasty in the Neighborhood (2007) [Betty Boone]: Shot in the face by Kristanna Loken, just as Barbara is about to use her mind-control powers on Rob Stewart.
Fear Itself: Community (2008) [Candace]: Stabbed repeatedly in the neck with scissors by John Billingsley so that Brandon Routh can escape. Her body is later seen as the other community members are overpowering John.
