- Satan's Slave (1976) [Frances]: Attacked and slashed with a broken glass by Martin Potter. She may not have been killed in that specific incident but Candace Glendenning later finds her dead, impaled on a door with a large knife stuck through her mouth. (Thanks to Brian)
- The Sea Wolves: The Last Charge of the Calcutta Light Horse (1980) [Mrs. Cromwell]: Stabbed in the stomach when she tries to stab Roger Moore and he turns her knife back on her. (Thanks to Matthew and Anonymous)
TV Deaths
- Henry VIII (1979 TV) [Anne Bullen (Boleyn)]: Presumably executed by beheading. (I haven't seen this version, so I don't know whether her death is actually depicted or not, but I'm familiar with Anne Boleyn's history...)
- The Lion, the Witch, & the Wardrobe (1988 TV) [The White Witch]: Falls to her death when the lion Aslan (voiced by Ronald Pickup) roars and causes the rock face to crumble beneath her; her body is shown lying at the bottom of the cliff. (Thanks to Hamish and Stephen)
- Prince Caspian (1989 TV) [Hag]: Stabbed and hanged by Henry Woolf while trying to resurrect her previous character, the White Witch.
- The Silver Chair (1990 TV) [The Green Lady]: While in snake form, stabbed in the throat by Richard Henders, after receiving multiple stab wounds.
