• Akira (1988; anime) [Kaori]: Crushed by Tetsuo's (voiced by Jan Rabson) organs after he began transforming into a giant mass. (For the original Japanese version, see Yuriko Fuchizaki) (For the 2001 English version, see Michelle Ruff)
• Sailor Moon Eternal Part 2 (2021; animated) [Zirconia]: Turned to sand along with Nehelenia's mirror, which she was most likely inside, by Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh) with Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss. It is also speculated she is an avatar, projection, or some part of Queen Nehelenia (Laura Post) given the latter ages into a form identical to her in her final moments.

• Power Rangers in Space: Countdown to Destruction, Part II (1998) [Prince Sprocket / Orbus]: Providing a dual role, their bodies turns into sand after getting hit by Zordon's energy wave.
• Digimon Tamers: Juggernaut (2001; anime) [DarkLizardmon]
• Power Rangers Wild Force: The Master's Herald, Part II (2002) [Mandilok]: Destroyed by Ilia Volok; they are later brought back to life by him in the episode Sealing the Nexus.
• Power Rangers Wild Force: Sealing the Nexus (2002) [Mandilok]: Destroyed by the Wild Force Rangers' Jungle Blaster.
• Cyborg Soldier 009: When You Wish Upon A Shooting Star (2004; anime) [Black Ghost Brain #3]: Self-destructs alongside the other brains (Jamieson Price and Mari Devon) in a bid to take Joe Shimamura/009 (Joshua Seth) with them.
• Bleach: Flower and Hollow (2006; anime) [Numb Chandelier]: Cut in half after getting hit with an energy blast by Orihime (Stephanie Sheh).
• Naruto Shippuden: Legacy (2010; anime) [Chiyo]: Sacrifices her life by donating her chakra to Gaara (Liam O'Brien) so he will come back to life.
• One Punch Man: The Unyielding Justice (2016; anime) [Shibabawa]: Choked to death on cough drops. Note: This was an English dub of a scene in which Kimiko Saitô played Shibabawa.
• Star Wars: Rebels: Twilight of the Apprentice (2016; animated) [Mother Talzin]: Mention to have died by Maul (Sam Witwer) before the events of the series. [Note: Her death was shown in the comic book: Darth Maul: Son of Dathamir, which is based off of four unproduced episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008, animated series), where she was impaled by General grievous (Matthew Wood).
• JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Stardust Crusaders: Lovers, Part 1 (2017; anime) [Enya the Hag]: Killed by Steely Dan (Grant George) using DIO's (Patrick Seitz) flesh buds, all the while trying to remind him of her loyalty to DIO. She soon dies from her wounds when pressured by Joseph Joestar (Richard Epcar) to identify DIO's Stand, serving DIO to the bitter end.
• Sailor Moon SuperS: The Golden Crystal Appears! Nehellenia's Magic (2018; anime) [Zirconia]: Obliterated after Queen Nehalennia (voiced by Laura Post) pushes her way out of the mirror after retrieving the Golden Crystal.
• Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Always (2023; special) [Robo Rita]: Disintegrated into nothingness by Walter Jones' when Waler shoots her with Power Axe in cannon mode.
