Synopsis[]
Grizzled racist cop Eddie Ryan (Robert Duvall) is suspended from the force after a suspect (Luis Avalos) falls off a roof while escaping arrest. Then Eddie's partner Gigi Caputo (Louis Cosentino) turns up dead in Brooklyn with his throat cut. Eddie vows to clean up the streets.
