- One Missed Call (Chakusin ari) (2003) [Ritsuko Yamashita]: Fatally burned (off-screen) in a fire caused by Karen Ôshima's ghost; she dies in the hospital some time afterwards, with her brother (Shin'ichi Tsutsumi) by her bedside. She appears to Shin'ichi as a ghost later on.
