Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part Three (2024; animated) [Queen Mera (Earth 146)]: Disintegrated by a wave of anti matter alongside Aquaman (Liam McIntyre).

The Adventures Of Kitty: Because of You Killed in a massive energy ball/explosion, after talking to Taylor Gray flying away into space, she uses her psychic abilities to block the attack and shield the Earth, at the cost of turning into sea foam. She reappears in a homemade video, taken before her sacrifice, saying goodbye to Gray, before singing over flashbacks of her life.

Life is Strange: Episode 1 - Chrysalis (2015) [Chloe Price]: Shot to death by Nik Shriner over a drug dispute as Max (Hannah Telle) looks on. Ashly's death is reversed in this episode when Hannah uses her time travel abilities to save her.
Life is Strange: Episode 4 - Dark Room (2015) [Chloe Price (Alternate/Present Timeline)]: In a dual role as Chloe from the present timeline and from an alternate timeline, Hannah can choose to overdose Chloe on morphine at her own request in the alternate timeline while the present Chloe is shot in the head by Derek Phillips.
Life is Strange: Episode 5 - Polarized (2015) [Chloe Price]: If the player chooses the "Sacrifice Chloe" ending, Hannah goes back in time to avoid saving Ashly, causing everything to play out as normal in the first episode.
The Last of Us: Part II (2020) [Mel]: Stabbed in the neck with her own knife by Ashley Johnson while Ashly was trying to stab her for shooting Patrick Fugit. Her body (along with Patrick's) is later found by Laura Bailey and Ian Alexander.
