Film Deaths[]

Mikey (1992) [Shawn Gilder]: Shot through the head with a marble (via a slingshot) by Brian Bonsall, her body is later seen when John Diehl finds all of Brian's victims seated around a dining room table moments before Brian sets the house on fire.
Stranger by Night (1994) [Nicole Miller]: Stabbed to death (off-screen) but her body is shown afterwards when Steven Bauer and William Katt investigate the scene where she is dumped.
Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002) [Kirsty Cotton Gooden]: Drowns when her vehicle plunges into the water and she is unable to escape. This is revealed when it turns out Dean's been in Hell the whole time and Kristi is really alive in Dean's mind.
Lightning Bug (2004) [Jenny Graves]: Thrown out of a moving car by Kevin Gage. She dies in the hospital (off-screen) shortly afterwards; we last see her being taken into the emergency room just as her sons (Bret Harrison and Lucas Till) and George Faughnan arrive. (The director's commentary on the DVD reveals that it was a special-effects dummy body and not Ashley herself on the gurney.)

Highway to Heaven: Sail Away (1986) [Genna]: Dies in a boating accident (off-screen) fifty-eight years before the episode. She appears as a spiritual presence to Lew Ayres to inspire him into writing one final book before his death.
Blood Run (1994; TV Movie) [Paige]: Stabbed in her stomach when a guy throws a knife at her which happens near the end of the movie, then she fell backwards and died.
