- Jackpot (Arme Riddere) (2011) [Billy Utomjordet]: Shot in the head with a nailgun by Mads Ousdal as Arthur bites and struggles with Kyrre Hellum (on top of having been suffocated with a plastic bag). His body is seen again as they try to dispose of it and eventually placed in a tanning bed, and again when Henrik Mestad finds it being eaten by pigs after it falls out as the bed is being towed by a car. (There's an alternate imagined scenario where Kyrre hits Arthur over the head with a hammer.) (Played for darkly comic effect.)
