  • Prophecy (1979) [John Hawks]: Mauled to death by the monster bear (Kevin Peter Hall).
  • Q&A (1990) [Bobby Texador]: Killed in an explosion on his boat after Nick Nolte rips out the fuel line and lights it on fire.
  • Trail by Jury (1994) [Rusty Pirone]: Stabbed in the neck by Joanne Whalley.
  • Judge Dredd (1995) [Rico Dredd]: Falls to his death after being thrown out of the Statue of Liberty during a fight with Sylvester Stallone.
  • One Eyed King (2001) [Holly]: Shot in the head, inside a car, along with Patrick McGuinness by Chazz Palminteri, who was hidden in the back seat.
  • Smile (2009) [Edward M. Tollinger]: Hangs himself during a flashback scene set over 40 years before the events of the film. He reappears as a spirit in modern times to pass on his camera.
  • Shadows in Paradise (2010) ["Ghost"]: Blown up by Mark Dacascos with a rocket launcher while attempting to escape the warehouse shootout in his car.
  • The Return of Joe Rich (2011) [Uncle Dominic]: Shot repeatedly in the back by Joe Minoso as he was about to shoot his nephew Sam Witwer; he dies after talking to his nephew.
  • Diamond Cartel (2015) [Mussa]: Killed in a car bombing (along with Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) while both men hold each other at gunpoint.
  • Darc (2018) [Lafique]: Stabbed in the back twice by a yakuza member before one of them shoots him in the head with a handgun.
  • The Brave (2019) [Frank Pedulla]: Mortally wounded in a shootout with Louis Mandylor; he dies of his injures after talking to both Louis and Ravshana Kurkova on the rooftop.

Television Deaths[]

  • Napoleon and Josephine: A Love Story (1987 TV mini-series) [Napoleon Bonaparte]: Dies (off-screen) on Elba of cancer (or possibly poison); his death is explained in a voiceover during the final scene. 
  • Jack the Ripper (1988 TV mini-series) [Richard Mansfield]: Dies (off-screen) on August 30th, 1907 (historically from liver cancer).
  • The Hunley (1999 TV) [Lt. George Dixon]: Drowned, along with the rest of the crew, in the sinking of the CSS Hunley.
  • On the Beach (2000 TV) [Commander Dwight Towers]: Dies (off-screen) of radiation poisoning; the movie ends before his actual death, but after his terminal condition is revealed.
  • NCIS: Bury Your Dead (2007) [René Benoit]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by Lauren Holly on his yacht. His body is shown sinking down in the ocean afterwards.
  • Shark Swarm (2008) [Hamilton Lux]: Eaten by sharks after he is among those spectators knocked off a pier into the ocean.
