- I Am Legend (2007) [TV Personality]: Presumably dies (off-screen) of the genetically-engineered virus Emma Thompson created; her fate is unconfirmed (her only appearance is in a TV interview where Emma discusses the virus at the beginning of the movie), but considering how few survivors there are, it seems likely that she died.
- Joker (2019) [Arkham Psychiatrist] Presumably murdered off-screen by Joaquin Phoenix. We simply see them having a meeting followed by Joaquin walking down a hallway leaving bloody foot prints behind.

- Zoo: Collision Point (2016) [Eleanor]: Electrocuted from her inside by electric ants.
