CSI: What’s Eating Gilbert Grissom? (2004) [Kaitlin Rackish]: Strangled (off-screen) by Taylor Nichols.
CSI: NY: Crime & Misdemeanor (2005) [Jenny Lee]: Throat slit (off-screen) by Steven Petrarca after drugging her while she had sex with Dominic Fumusa so Steven could get his revenge for Olga Kay's death.
Doom Patrol: Penultimate Patrol (2019) [Rita Farr]: Killed (along with Diane Guerrero, Joivan Wade, Matt Bomer/Matthew Zuk and Brendan Fraser/Riley Shanahan) in a looping fantasy created by Alan Tudyk to torment Timothy Dalton in the following ways: (1) Vaporized by a robot's laser. (2) Crushed to death under the robot's foot. (3) Killed in an explosion caused by the robot's rockets. The deaths continue to repeat until Timothy realizes they are being manipulated by Alan.
Doom Patrol: Vacay Patrol (2021) [Rita Farr]: Shot with a ray gun by Billy Boyd; her body is shown afterwards. Her body is shown again in the following episode Dead Patrol after Matthew Zuk/Matt Bomer discovers her in a package and she appears in the afterlife until she is brought back to life when she escapes.
Doom Patrol: Undead Patrol (2021) [Rita Farr]: Turns into a zombie as a result of being vomited on by Ruth Connell in the previous episode Dead Patrol. She is later brought back to life by eating Timothy Dalton at Timothy's request.
