Melrose Place: Amanda Unplugged (1995) [Jack Parezi]: Dies of his injuries after falling out of a staircase by crashing into the chandelier at the end of a fight with Heather Locklear.
NCIS: Road Kill (2008) [Dale Kapp]: Hit (off-screen) with a length of wood by Kai Lennox. His body is shown when the NCIS team discover him.
