- Burial Ground: The Nights of Terror (Le Notti del terrore; The Zombie Dead) (1981) [Leslie]: Stabbed in the face with a shard of glass when a zombie pulls her through a broken window; she returns as a zombie herself and dies once again when Mariangela Giordano bashes her head against the edge of a bathtub.
