- Alpha Dog (2006) [Zack Mazursky]: Shot repeatedly with a machine gun by Shawn Hatosy, after being bound and bludgeoned with a shovel into an open grave, as Justin Timberlake looks on in shock. His body is later seen as Justin is led away.
- Only Lovers Left Alive (2013) [Ian]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood off-screen by Mia Wasikowska. His body is later seen when Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton come downstairs and discover he's dead. Then again when Tom dumps him in a vat of corrosive chemicals (reducing him to a skeleton) in a disused underground car park.
- Cymbeline (2014) (Anarchy: Ride or Die) [Cloten]: Decapitated off-screen by Spencer Treat Clark. His body is shown when Delroy Lindo and Harley Ware discover Spencer sitting next to his corpse.
- The Driftless Area (2015) [Pierre Hunter]: Shot in the chest by John Hawkes, as Anton fatally shoots John with a shotgun. His body is shown when Zooey Deschanel kneels next to the body. He is then reincarnated at the end of the movie.
