• One Good Cop (1991) [Stevie Diroma]: Shot in the head by David Barry Gray. (Thanks to Kimberly and Michael)

• Whispers in the Dark (1992) [Larry Morgenstern]: Stabbed (off-screen) by Alan Alda. His body is shown afterwards when Annabella Sciorra discovers him. His murder is later shown in flashback.

• The Client (1994) [Barry 'The Blade' Muldano]: Killed by gangsters. (Thanks to Michael)

• Past Tense (1994) [Larry Talbert]: Falls into a ravine during a struggle with Scott Glenn. (Thanks to Jason)

• Phoenix (1998) [Mike Henshaw]: Shot to death in the torso/head during a shoot out with some cops after fatally shooting a surrendering Daniel Baldwin.

• The Salton Sea (2002) [Al Garcetti]: Shot in the face by Val Kilmer at Vincent D'Onofrio's hideout.

• Annabelle: Creation (2017) [Samuel Mullins]: Killed by the Demon, while Anthony is trying to stop him with a cross.

• Keeper of the City (1991) [Vince Benedetto]: Shot repeatedly in the stomach/torso through a door by Tony Todd as LaPaglia is seated on the floor holding his son at gunpoint.
