Cracker: Nine Eleven (2006) [Kenny Archer]: Shot to death by police on his urging.
Foyle's War: Bad Blood (2006) [Tom Jenkins]: Stabbed in the chest by Tom Harper on the beach; he dies shortly after Tim Delap discovers him. His death is shown in a flashback when Tim recounts how he found him, and the stabbing is shown in a subsequent flashback when Tom confesses to Michael Kitchen.

In the Flesh: Episode #2.5 (2014) [Julian]: Stabbed to death before the story begins, he appears as a "Partially Deceased Syndrome Sufferer", a "cured" zombie.
