- Shakedown (1988) [Julio]: Falls to his death from a roller coaster while fighting Sam Elliott.
- Jane Austin’s Mafia! (1998) [Luigi Cortino]: Shot in the chest by Andreas Katsulas in the street, while Jason Fuchs looks on helplessly. (Played for comic effect)
- The Glass Jar (1999-unreleased) [Tony]: Killed by a rocket launcher fired by C. Thomas Howell while driving an 18 wheeler semi.
- Texas Rangers (2001) [Ringmaster]: Shot to death by Vincent Spano.
- Alien Hunter (2003) [Pilot]: Shot twice by John Lynch when he changes his mind about escaping and tries to stop Lynch as well. (Thanks to Brian)

- The Lost Capone (1990 TV) [Frank Capone]: Shot in the chest while defending his brothers (Adrian Pasdar, Titus Welliver and Eric Roberts).
- One Life To Live (TV Daytime 1990-91) [Johnny Dee Hesser] Shot in the chest by Erika Slezak, after Anthony knocks Karen Witter out.
- Star Trek: Voyager: Warlord (1996) [Adin]: Dies of a cerebral hemorrhage when Jennifer Lien (who is possesed by Leigh McCloskey's spirit) uses her mental powers on him.
- Babylon 5: No Compromises (1998) [John Clemens]: Killed by photon fire after Jerry Doyle swings Anthony's Starfury in its path, while Anthony is about to assassinate Bruce Boxleitner.
