- The Hand (1981) [Stella Roche]: Strangled by either Michael Caine or by Caine's disembodied hand (depending on which interpretation you prefer). The police discover her body in the trunk of Caine's car.
- Purple Hearts (1984) [LTJG Hallaway]: Killed in a Viet Cong rocket attack (off-screen) outside the Naval support activity station hospital in Da Nang. Her body isn't shown and she is mistaken for Cheryl Ladd because Annie was wearing Cheryl's fatigues with her nametape.
