- Night School (Terror Eyes) (1981) [Helene Griffin]: Slashed multiple times and decapitated (off-camera) with a kukri machete by Rachel Ward in Annette's house; the audience only hears the struggle happening behind a closed door, and the audience catches a glimpse of Annette covered in blood when she opens the door and tries to escape, before Rachel pulls her back in and finishes her off. Her severed head is shown afterwards when Holly Hardman discovers it in a toilet bowl.
