Force of Nature: The Dry 2 (2024) [Alice]: Dies a few minutes after she hits her head on a rock during a struggle with Robin MacLeary. Her body is shown when Eric Bana discovers it and her death is depicted in a flashback near the end of the movie.

Fringe: The Day We Died (2011) [Olivia Dunham/Alternate Olivia Dunham]: Shot in the head by John Noble in an alternate future. Both the present-day Anna and her alternate-universe counterpart survive the episode after Joshua Jackson returns to the present. (Thanks to Fester and PsyDoc)
