- Rock, Paper, Scissors (2019) [Zoe]: Left hand hacked off with an ax by Luke Macfarlane. Luke then guts and completely dismembers her (off-camera). Her gutted, dismembered torso is shown later when police find it after Luke has discarded it. Her severed head (with heavy clown makeup) is shown shortly afterward when Luke throws it at Jennifer Titus. (Nudity alert: the prop torso's breasts are fully visible)
