- Cake (2014) [Nina Collins]: Commits suicide (off-screen) before the film begins, jumping from a freeway bridge and landing in a furniture truck; the circumstances of her death are revealed by Jennifer Aniston, who spends much of the film investigating the circumstances of Anna's passing. Anna only appears in Jennifer's visions, including a recurring image of her standing on the bridge.
- The Voices (2014) [Lisa]: Neck broken after Ryan Reynolds accidentally throws her body on the bed too forcefully. Ryan then dismembers and decapitates her (off-screen) to dispose of the body; her severed head is seen later on as he imagines it talking to him.
- Stowaway (2021) [Zoe Levenson]: Dies (off-screen) from radiation when she leaves the spaceship to retrieve liquid oxygen from a tethered supply craft. The film ends with her sitting on a maintenance deck looking at Mars as Toni Collette watches her through a window.
