• Lovers' Lane (I'm Still Waiting for You) (1999) [Jannelle]: Slashed down the torso with a hook (after first being stabbed in the nether regions by an unseen Sarah Lancaster or Richard Sanders hiding under a bed using Ed Bailey's MO to throw suspicion off them). (Thanks to PortsGuy)

• Scary Movie (2000) [Cindy Campbell]: Presumably dies after being Hit by a car and sent flying into the air, in a comically exaggerated fashion. (She was brought back without explanation in the 2001 sequel Scary Movie 2.) (Thanks to PortsGuy)

• May (2002) [Polly]: Throat slashed with two scalpels by Angela Bettis in her bedroom. (Thanks to Pat and Germboygel)

• Scary Movie 3 (2003) [Cindy Campbell]: Although Anna survives the movie, the alternate ending on the DVD shows that she dies when Simon Rex accidentally pulls her heart out of her chest, and comes back to life when he realizes his mistake and put her heart back (in a parody of Carrie-Anne Moss' death and revival in The Matrix Reloaded).

• Keanu (2016) [Anna Faris]: Shot to death by Tiffany Haddish as Jordan Peele watches in horror. Her death is later revelaed to have been faked in a conversation between Tiffany and Jordan.
