Lovers' Lane (I'm Still Waiting for You) (1999) [Jannelle]: hooked in the vagina by Richard Sanders hiding under the bed of the room she lock herself to escape the killer. T he scene is all implied by the victim’s pained O-face.
Scary Movie (2000) [Cindy Campbell]: Presumably dies after being hit by a car and sent flying into the air, in a comically exaggerated fashion. (She was brought back without explanation in the 2001 sequel Scary Movie 2.) (Played for comic effect, as the following in the franchise)
Scary Movie 2 (2001) [Cindy Campbell]: Although she survived the actual film, she dies in two alternate endings (1) when realizing her friends have been ghosts all along and she starts screaming, she is hit by an out-of-nowhere truck (2) another in which she is blown up by a dropped nuclear bomb.
May (2002) [Polly]: Throat slashed with two scalpels by Angela Bettis in her bedroom.
Scary Movie 3 (2003) [Cindy Campbell]: Although Anna survives the movie, the alternate ending on the DVD shows that she dies when Simon Rex accidentally pulls her heart out of her chest, and comes back to life when he realizes his mistake and put her heart back (in a parody of Carrie-Anne Moss' death and revival in The Matrix Reloaded).
Keanu (2016) [Anna Faris]: Shot to death by Tiffany Haddish as Jordan Peele watches in horror. Her death is later reveled to have been faked in a conversation between Tiffany and Jordan.
