- Doctor Who: Earthshock (1982) [Mitchell]: Liquified (off-screen) with an energy-ray blast by an android in the caves; we only hear her screaming over the communicator as Steve Morley listens helplessly on the surface.
- The Murdoch Mysteries: Under the Dragon's Tail (2004) [Dolly Capshaw]: Bludgeoned to death (off-screen) with a fireplace poker by Helene Joy in Ann's home. Her body is shown afterwards when Demetrius Joyette and Michael Kanev discover her, and again later on as Peter Outerbridge and James Allodi investigate the crime scene.
