- The Green Hornet [Ch. 3] (1940) [Josephine Weaver Allen]: As a fraudulent benefactor in a mob insurance scam she is abducted by mobsters to keep her quiet. As The Green Hornet (Gordon Jones) and Kato (Keye Luke) were pursuing them in an automobile chase the mobsters lose control of the car killing Ann in the crash. Her body is never shown.
- The Man Who Turned to Stone (1957) [Mrs. Ford]: Burned to death after William Hudson sets the building on fire.
Television Deaths[]
- The Streets of San Francisco: The Victims (1973) [Mrs. Albert Lockwood]: Shot (off-screen, along with Robert B. Williams) by Henry Silva, Bill Vint, and Valentin de Vargas in the auto graveyard.
