London Has Fallen (2016) [Secret Service Director Lynn Jacobs]: Impaled in her chest by a piece of shrapnel when the helicopter containing her, Gerard Butler and Aaron Eckhart (who both survive) crashes after it is shot down by a missile; she dies shortly after speaking to Gerard.
Bumblebee (2018) [Shatter] Playing the voice of Shatter, she dies after being pinned against a ship and explodes when slammed into the dock.

American Horror Story: Coven: Go to Hell (2014) [Marie Laveau]: Stabbed to death by Gabourey Sidibe, after Lance Reddick lifts her and Kathy Bates' immortality; she is later seen in her own personal hell. She is resurrected in the episode "Apocalypse Then" from Apocalypse but her resurrection is undone when Billie Lourd travels back in time to kill Cody in the past, preventing the apocalypse from happening.
American Horror Story: Roanoke: Chapter 9 (2016) [Monet Tumusiime]: Pushed off of a railing and impaled through the stomach on a piece of broken chandelier by a possessed Adina Porter as Sarah Paulson looks on; Her corpse is later discovered by police officers.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse: Apocalypse Then (2018) [Marie Laveau]: Heart ripped out and consumed by Cody Fern. Her death is undone when Billie Lourd travels back in time to kill Cody in the past, preventing the apocalypse from happening.
