- The Accountant (2016) [Ed Chilton]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by administering a fatal insulin overdose while held at gunpoint by Jon Bernthal, who forces him to choose whether his death will look like an accident or a violent home invasion; his death is mentioned by John Lithgow in the next scene.
TV Deaths:[edit | edit source]
- Angel: I Fall to Pieces (1999) [Ronald Meltzer]: played a surgeon with the power to sever and reattach his body parts, he dies while his parts are looked in boxes under the Sewer tunnels of Los Angeles by David Boreanaz, so he can't reattach his body, eventually dying from Deprivation.
- Waco: Operation Showtime (2018) [Perry Jones]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Steffen Garcia as a mercy kill after being fatally wounded by ATF agents during the Feburary 28 raid. He is last seen alive when Steffen puts a pillow over Andy's face and pulling out a gun. The gunshot is heard when Taylor Kitsch is standing outside the room.
