- Waitress (2007) [Joe]: Dies (off-screen) after collapsing and going into a coma when admitted as a patient in the hospital where Keri Russell (Jenna Hunterson) gives birth to a daughter.

- Pray for the Wildcats (1974 TV) [Sam Farragut]: Killed in a motorcycle crash when his bike goes over a cliff while he's chasing William Shatner.
- Murder in Coweta County (1983 TV) [John Wallace]: Executed in the electric chair.
- Matlock: The Dame (1991) [Ben Matlock/Charlie Matlock]: Playing a dual role, 'Charlie' presumably dies (off-screen) at some point in time between the 1950's flashbacks and the present; 'Ben' survives, obviously.
