Dead Bodies (2003) [Tommy McGann]: Dies when he falls against a coffee table during a fight with Darren Healy.
Spectre (2015) [Max Denbigh/C]: Falls to his death at the end of a struggle with Ralph Fiennes, after he shoots out the glass wall.
Victor Frankenstein (2015) [Inspector Turpin]: Electrocuted after he attempts to kill a monster (played by Guillaume Delaunay) and ends up being pushed into am electric case.

Sherlock: The Reichenbach Fall (2012) [Jim Moriarty]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the head, as Benedict Cumberbatch looks on in shock. (Andrew has appeared in later episodes in recorded messages and flashbacks.)
Sherlock: The Abominable Bride (2016) [Professor Moriarty]: Falls to his death when Martin Freeman kicks him off a cliff in Benedict Cumberbatch's drug-induced dream.
