Film Deaths[]
- Bumblebee (2018) [Cliffjumper]: Providing the voice of an Autobot, he is executed by Dropkick (voiced by Justin Theroux) after he and Shatter (voiced by Angela Bassett) finish interrogating him.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Lost Judgment (2021) [Hiro Mikoshiba]: Tortured and eventually dies when Akihiro Ebara (Artt Butler) slits his throat as part of a video he was recording. His decaying corpse, full of flies and maggots and hidden under a tarp, was found by a group of firefighters.
- Evil Dead: The Game (2022) [Deadite Berserker/Deadite/Skeleton]: Playing three different enemy variants, he can be killed multiple times by the player controlled characters.
- Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) [Reptile]: If the player fails the Test Your Might segment during Baraka's (Steven Blum) chapter in the game, Andrew (along with Steven, Andrew Bowen, Sunil Malhotra and Vic Chao) die after inhaling poisonous gas that was released into the room by Alan Lee (These deaths however, are non-canon, as the player must win the Test Your Might segment in order to advance the story.)
