- Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) [Kyle]: Drowns after being dragged to the bottom of a hydrotherapy pool by ghosts as Amanda Righetti tries to save him.
- Freakdog (Red Mist) (2008) [Kenneth]: Strangled by Arielle Kebbel in his hospital bed while comatose after Arielle first removes his tracheal tube. His spirit later takes control of Stephen Dillane and dies again when Arielle kills Stephen. (The ending of the film implies Andrew's spirit is still living inside Arielle, despite his physical body's death.)
