- Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi: Choices (2022; animated) [Hanel]: Killed after a blaster bolt is deflected at him by Mace Windu (Terrence 'T.C.' Carson).
- Jurassic World: Chaos Theory: Halfway Home (2024; animated) [Daniel Kon]: Sacrifices himself to save his son (Darren Barnet) from Atrociraptors that woman signeled as target Barnet and Paul-Mikel Williams. we only seen the Atrociraptors prepare to kill him but it is clear that he is dead (The death of Andrew Kishino in Jurassic World: Chaos Theory: Halfway Home).

- Transformers (2007) [Jazz]: In the Autobot campaign, he is impaled through the chest by David Sobolov; in the Decepticon campaign, he is beaten to death by Keith David.
- Transformers: Decepticons (2007) [Jazz]: Killed after a boss battle by Frank Welker.
- Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (2007) [Pirates]: Playing an enemy variant, he can be killed at various points throughout the game.
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) [Breakaway]: In the Decepticon campaign, he is killed in a boss battle by Fred Tatasciore.
- Mortal Kombat (2011) [Shang Tsung]: Soul absorbed by Shao Kahn (Bob Carter) and then infused with Sindel (Lani Minella).
- Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City (2012) [Vector]: Killed by the player character if he opposes the player during the final mission of the game. He survives the game if he is the character controlled by the player or takes the player's side. (In multiplayer, he is killed if his player is defeated in the final mission and survives if his player succeeds.)
- Yakuza 0 (2025) [Tsukasa Sagawa]: Killed by several Omi Alliance men (off-screen) after one final conversation with Matthew Mercer.
