  • Smiley (2012) [Zane]: Presumably killed by Michael Traynor (off-screen); although his death is not shown, the film's mythlogy around Michael's character establishes that he will kill Andrew after killing Melanie Papalia.
  • Blood Is Blood (2016) [Daniel]: Stabbed through the throat by his sister (Fiona Dourif), in addition to being stabbed in the back, after Andrew attempts to kill Kate French. He later appears as a hallucination to Fiona at the end of the film.

TV Deaths

  • Cold Case: Thrill Kill (2007) [Teddy Nimmo]: Commits suicide by hanging himself at the beginning of the episode. He later appears as a ghost/figment of imagination to Nicholas Downs at the end of the episode.
