- Quarantine (2008) [Officer James McCreedy]: Dies (off-screen) of the rabies-like virus after being bitten on the throat by Jeannie Epper. (See also Vicente Gil in the 2007 version.) (Thanks to Cody)
- The Alphabet Killer (2008) [Len Schafer]: He is shot (breaking the window) in the left side of his chest while he looks at the police in front of his house from the window of the garret. He is hit by another bullet in the forehead destroying the light bulb behind him. He falls backwards while Eliza Dushku, Sarah Anderson, and Cynthia Mace look on in horror.
- The Final Destination (2009) [Andy Kewzer, Mechanic]: Sliced into pieces when a compressed-gas canister goes off and pushes him through a chain-like fence, as Bobby Campo, Shantel VanSanten, and Mykelti Williamson look on in horror. (In Bobby's initial premonition at the racetrack, Andrew is impaled through the back of the head when he falls back against a broken bench with the stake sticking out of his mouth.)
