- Holidays (2016) (Reggie) (segment "New Year's Eve"): After Lorenza Izzo amputated his foot, Andrew crawls to the door to leave the apartment, but Lorenza, in a fight, drives an ax into his head.
- Smothered (2016) [Carl]: Smothered to death by Brea Grant using her breasts.
Television Deaths[]
- Charmed: Coyote Piper (2001) [Male Victim]: Died first after stabbing himself in the chest under the trall of Paige Rowland's spirit, then he was brought back to life by Rainn Wilson, who kills him later.
- Celebrity Deathmatch: The Changing of the Guard (2006; animated) [Bruce Willis]: Partially decapitated after being kicked in the head by "Demi Moore" (voiced by Vanessa McGarry). (Played for comic effect.)
- Criminal Minds: The Gathering (2013) [Mark Jackson]: Beaten to death by a Furious Patrick Breen after he blames him for stealing his murder stories.
Video Game Deaths[]
- The Matrix: Path of Neo (2005) [Neo]: Depending on the player's choice in the end game, Andrew dies after voluntarily surrendering himself to Christopher Corey Smith's absorption in order for the Machines to delete Smith from the Matrix (See The Matrix Revolutions) or dies in an explosion after killing Smith.
- Saints Row IV (2013) [Josh Birk/Nyteblade]: "Josh Birk" Perishes when Earth is atomized by J.B. Blanc while Andrew is in a conversation with Mark Allan Stuart. Nyteblade perishes during Yuri Lowenthal's loyalty mission by the Protagonist .
- Mortal Kombat X (2015) [Johnny Cage/Smoke] Johnny Cage is stabbed in the chest by an undead Greg Eagles. Andrew is later revived by Richard Epcar via magic powers. Smoke remains as an undead revenant.
- Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) [Johnny Cage]: If the player fails the Test Your Might segment during Baraka's (Steven Blum) chapter in the game, Andrew (along with Steven, Vic Chao, Sunil Malhotra and Andrew Morgado) die after inhaling poisonous gas that was released into the room by Alan Lee (These deaths however, are non-canon, as the player must win the Test Your Might segment in order to advance the story.)
