- Tales of the Unexpected: The Vorpal Blade (1983) [Macker]: Dies offscreen in combat in WW2 a few months after the story ends, his fate revealed many years later when Peter Cushing mentions it. (Thanks to Brian)
- Highlander: The Series: Black Tower (1997) [Devon Marek]: Stabbed in the chest by a poacher during a struggle in the 17th century flashback; he dies while talking to Adrian Paul. He later comes to life as an Immortal, and is permanently killed (in the present) when he is decapitated with a sword by Adrian at the end of a fight.
